If you have just pruchased or received one of our gift cards you need to register your card here before you can proceed to use it.
It's very simple .....
1. Complete the form below
The form will ask you for a unique activation code that is printed on the rear of the card please enter this carefully.
The card will be registered against one address and for security reasons all deliveries will be sent to this address only.
2. We will email you a link back
After activation we will email you within 24 hours which will confirm you can shop freely. This will also contain a web link that will give you access to the on-line gift product pages.
3. You cannot use you card until we email you your link
Please do not use your card until we email you back the gift card link
Terms & Conditions
1. Cannot be redeemed for cash
2. We may under some circumstances ask for the retailers receipt
3. The card does not have an expiry date and is valid unless digitalmoods ceases to trade.
4. We are not resonsible for refunds your contract is with the retailer until the voucher is redeemed.
5. We are responsible for the finished product & any queries should be directed to Digitalmoods not the retailer.
6. Ensure any images uploaded or emailed are at least 500k to ensure a quality product.
7. All purchases are for UK shipment only and international shipping costs can be quoted and additional payment will be required.
8. Only one Gift Card to be used per purchase or transaction.
